RAFAELA ASPEITIA
EDINBURG - Rafaela Aspeitia, 90, entered eternal rest Sunday, November 1, 2020, in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Ms. Aspeitia was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Viviana Aspeitia; five siblings, Manuel, Pablo, Clemente, Juana, and Martin Aspeitia; a son-in-law, Ricardo Villarreal.
Ms. Aspeitia is survived by her three children, Martha (Ireneo Lopez) Araceli Aspeitia, Margarita Aspeitia, and Cecilia (Mauricio Godinez) Aspeitia; six grandchildren, Diana, Luz Adriana, Martha Irene, Erik Mauricio, Laura Cassandra, and Novali Viviana; four great-grandchildren, Abigail, Emmanuel, Cecilia and Antonio; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m to 9 p.m. with a 8 p.m. rosary, Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Chapel service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
