Mr. Medrano is survived by his his children Isaac C. medrano, Nathan Medrano, Sabian Medrano, and Andrew Salinas; parents Jose Cruz Medrano, Eleamar Garza, step-mom Melisa Medrano, and step-dad Cesar A. Ortez; siblings Cruz Manuel Medrano, Cesar Alberto Ortez II, Isaac Medrano II, Isaias Medrano, Isabel Medrano, Abigail Medrano Aymara Karina Ortez, Aisha Krystal Ortez and Mara Medrano; numerous aunts and cousins.
