MARIA VICTORIA SILVA
EDINBURG - Maria Victoria Silva, 71, entered eternal rest Sunday, August 9, 2020, in Edinburg. Mrs. silva was preceded in death by her two children, Diana P. Silva, and Jose E. Silva; her parents, Lucio and Guadalupe Garcia; two brothers, Juan and Margarito Garcia; two sisters, Virginia Valdez, and Modesta Sanchez.
Mrs. Silva is survived by her husband, Alfonso Silva; seven children, Alma (Miguel) Martinez, Yliana Gutierrez, Veronica (Manuel) Sanchez, Melissa (Mauricio) Meraz, Jose E. Silva, Christiam (Jose) Acosta, and Alejandrina (Antonio) Campos; 19 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; five brothers, Santos, Tiburcio, Leonardo, Lucio, and Martin Garcia; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary Thursday, August 27, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2020, at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.
Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
