Obituary of Jorge Alberto Patino

Mr. Jorge Patino,71 yrs old, entered into eternal rest Monday June 8, 2020 at the Edinburg Regional Medical Hospital. He was born April 23, 1949 in Mexico to Perfecto and Guadalupe (Flores) Patino. Mr. Patino was a long time resident of Edinburg. He was a crane operator for Mobile Crane Services for more than 25 years. Jorge loved his family, his wife, his children, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing, collecting knives, making knife holsters, which he was known for, He loved dancing to Tejano music and loved dancing cumbias. Mr Patino truly lived life to its fullest. He will forever be in the hearts of his family and those that came to know him. He was preceded in death by His daughter-Yvette Patino, a great grandchild-Revan Miles Patino, and his parents. Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife-Dalia Patino; His children-Jorge Alberto Patino Jr., Melissa and (Johnny)Rodriguez, Rod David Patino, Samantha Jo Patino and (Sandro Trevino); His siblings- Jose Patino, Estella Calderon, Perfecto Patino, Polo Patino, Rolando Patino; His grandchildren- Jorge Daniel and (Vanessa) Patino, Amanda Renee Patino and (Jose Ortiz), Robert Anthony Patino, David Abram and (Marli) Esquivel, Caitlin Hannah Cinco, Portia Lauren Cinco, Summer Avery Gonzales; His great grandchildren- Kellan Daniel Patino, Oliver Alexander Ortiz, Logan Jace Patino, Camilla Esquivel and Arabella Jo Trevino. A memorial service to celebrate Jorge's life will be Monday, June 15, 2020 at the Harvest Baptist Church, 2701 West Freddy Gonzalez Dr. in Edinburg at 12:00 PM to be officiated by Pastor Dale Yontz. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels of Edinburg.
