Obituary of Dylan Martinez

Donna, Texas Dylan Martinez, born on May 04, 2018 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Roberto Martinez and Lusero Gonzalez Escobedo entered eternal rest Monday, April 13. 2020 at the Driscolls Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi. Dylan was born with many challenges, but that did not hinder his full of life spirit. Dylan was a real happy baby all the time. He loved to watch movies, like Coco, Moana, and Trolls. Dylan would brighten up the room every time he saw his mom. He would get super excited to see mom. He would love to touch moms face and lean on her,cheek to cheek. Dylan would always ask for attention and he would always receive it. Dylan at times would be super sick but always smiling and giggling. The amount of time God gave Dylan to us we will forever cherish in our hearts. Matthew 19:14 Jesus said , "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these" Left to cherish Dylan's memory are his parents, Roberto and Lusero; His Siblings- Roberto Esteban, Franko, Dante Martinez; Paternal and Maternal grandparents- Rosaura Lira de Martinez,Roberto Martinez, Guadalupe Escobedo, Estanislado Gonzalez and extended family. Viewing for Dylan will be Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd. in Edinburg from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Cremation services will follow at a later day. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
