JULIANA LUCERO ALAMO - Juliana Lucero, 83, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, March 31, 2020, in Alamo surrounded by her family. Mrs. Lucero was preceded in death by her parents, Ignacio and Maria Lucero. Mrs. Lucero is survived by her five children, Rosario Lucero, Manuela Hernandez-Rivera, San Juana Rivera, Pedro Rivera, and Jaime Rivera; 24 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; four siblings, Eduardo Lucero Barraza, Cecilia Lucero Barraza, Josefina Lucero Barraza, and Juan Manuel Lucero Barraza; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a 5 p.m prayer service Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2020, at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna, interment to follow. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
