Edinburg- Israel Trevino passed away on Monday, May 12, 2014 at Edinburg Children's Hospital. He was born on March 10, 2006 in Beeville, Texas. Israel was a second grade student at De Zavala Elementary in Edinburg. He was a fan of Spongebob Square Pants. He will be dearly missed by his mother, Rebecca Rodriguez and step father, Manuel Campos; his siblings, Heather Campos, Christian Campos, Eric Joseph Campos, Elida Trevino, Mark Trevino, Jasmine Campos, Ashley Rodriguez, Yesenia Trevino and Miranda Campos; grandparents, Guadalupe Zuniga (Juan) and Ramon Rodriguez (Guadalupe).
Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 17, 2014 between the hours of six and nine o'clock with a prayer service beginning at seven at Legacy Chapels, 4610 S. Jackson Rd., in Edinburg. Immediately following the service, the family will gather for refreshments in the reception room at Legacy Chapels.
The family is in the care of Legacy Chapels of Edinburg.
