Michael was my trusty friend and neighbor, just like Lenny was. We were way closer with Michael because we had so much in common. We were animal lovers, artists, food swappers, and heavy metal RoCkErS. I have to share that we had great conversations and we would even jam out when Motley Crue or Van Halen or Sabbath were playing on the radio. "I'm sorryyyyy, but I have to turn this one up, and can we hear the whole song?!" (As I was dropping him off at home..) There was Mike, in the passenger seat, headbanging and doing air guitar. The neighbors must've thought we were strange. We were not strange. We were great friends and neighbors, and Michael was the most wholesome human being that we had been blessed with all these years. We're so devastated to hear of his passing. Hugs.
P.S. Fluffie & Scruffie are going to miss your friendship, too, Mike.
