Obituary of Roy Garza

Roy Garza, 35, of Mercedes, Texas, died on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Amara Hospice Inpatient Facility in Edinburg. He leaves behind his caring and devoted wife, Anastacia Longoria of Mercedes; his father, Rolando Garza, siblings; Ray Garza, Roxanne Pena, Rhonda Pena, and Freddy Pena, Jr. Roy enjoyed family outings with his family to South Padre Island, Texas, and loved the company of his beloved pet chihuahua, Mamas. The family will receive friends between the hours of five and nine o'clock in the evening on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. A prayer service will be held at seven o'clock in the evening. Cremation will take place at a later date. Funeral Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
