AMELIA P. RODRIGUEZ

EDINBURG - Amelia P. Rodriguez, 76, went to be with our Lord, Tuesday, May 1, 2019, in Edinburg. Born in Durango, Mexico she had lived in Edinburg most of her life. Mrs. Rodriguez is preceded in death by her husband, Ramiro Rodriguez, Sr., her son, Ramiro Rodriguez, Jr.

Mrs. Rodriguez was survived by her daughter, Maria Rodriguez; her daughter-in-law, Carmen Rodriguez; two grandchildren, Ramiro Rodriguez III, and Cecilia (Michael Trapp) Fonseca; a great-granddaughter Destiny Gilbreath; two sisters, Alicia Gonzalez, Amparo Reyna; her brother, Armando Puebla; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a 5 p.m. rosary, Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Inurnment of her cremated remains will take place at a later date. 

Funeral services are under the direction Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
