GUADALUPE SALAZAR

PHARR - Guadalupe Salazar, 71, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, March 23, 2019, in Pharr. Born in Rio Bravo, Tamps., Mexico he had lived in Pharr most of his life. Mr. Salazar is preceded in death by a grandson, Angel Milian; his parents, Juan and Lucia Fonseca Salazar; numerous brothers and a sister.

Mr. Salazar is survived by his wife, Maria D. Salazar; three children, Claudia (Enrique) Hernandez, Juan (Marta) Salazar, and Cinthia (Sergio) Milian; 11 grandchildren; his sister, Victoria Orozco; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Monday, March 25, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. 

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
