Obituary of Ofelia Rivera

OFELIA RIVERA

HIDALGO - Ofelia Rivera, 56, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, February 27, 2019, in Weslaco. Born in Altamira, Tamps., Mexico she had lived in Hidalgo most of her life. Ofelia is preceded in death by her parents, Moises and Maria Concepcion Priego.

Mrs. Rivera is survived by her daughter, Maria Elena Espinoza; eight grandchildren, Stephanie, Juan Daniel, Maribel, Jessica, Cristina, Ofelia, Mia, and Jesus Espinoza; three sisters, Aleida, Martha, and Guadalupe Priego; her brother, Francisco Priego; numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 4 p.m. chapel service Friday, March 1, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
