Carmen Delia Garza, born on October 23, 1944 to Hector and Manuela Cuellar in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, passed away on January 8, 2014 in Edinburg, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Mr. Oscar Garza, five children; Oscar (Sandra) Garza, Roberto (Nora) Garza, Carmen Delia (David) Mendiola, Diana Laura Garza and Irma Villatoro (Pedro). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and siblings; Victor Cuellar, Hector Cuellar, Hector Noe Cuellar, Gilberto Cuellar, Martin Cuellar, Olga Lopez, Noemi Cuellar Casarez, Elizabeth Cuellar, Juanita Cuellar, Blanca Cuellar and Alma Cuellar.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm at Legacy Chapels in Edinburg. Funeral Services will be at 10:30am on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Iglesia Monte Calvario in Donna. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Funeral Services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
