SARA RODRIGUEZ

ALAMO - Sara Rodriguez, 89, went to be with our Lord, Wednesday, January 23, 2019, in Alamo surrounded by her family. Mrs. Rodriguez was preceded in death by her mother, Gertrudes Gallegos; two brothers, Fernando and Noe Gallegos.

Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by her husband, Juan Rodriguez; her daughter, Olivia Cisneros; two grandchildren, Javier and Jorge Rodriguez; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her brother, Esiquiel Gallegos; her sister, Olivia McDonald; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary, Thursday, January 24, 2019, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, January 25, 2019, at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.

Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
