Although I did not have the privilege of meeting Rosalia, I felt as though she was part of my family through my sister Elsa and my brother in law Fernando Navejas. Such a beautiful woman now in the arms of our Father God. My sincerest condolences to Rosalia's children, husband and entire family. Rest in Paradise Rosie.
