Obituary of Leandro Robledo Cruz

Edinburg, Texas Mr. Leandro Robledo Cruz,75, entered eternal rest Thursday, April 30, 2020 surrounded by his family at his home in Edinburg. He was born February 27, 1945 in Valle Hermoso, Mexico to Lino Robledo Alvarado and Juana Cruz Lopez. Leandro had lived in Edinburg for most of his life. He enjoyed planting fruit trees, loved a good smoke, and enjoyed the ranch life. Leandro Robledo Cruz truly lived life to its fullest. Rest in Peace. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings- Leandro is survived by his loving wife- Alejandra Torres Robledo; His children- Baldemar Robledo, Norma Robledo, Laura Robledo, Leandro Robledo Jr., Soledad Robledo, Juliana Zamarripa, Sergio Zamarripa, Jose Manuel Zamarripa; His sister- Nieves Martinez; Numerous of grandchildren and great grandchildren. ATTENTION: LIMITED VISITATION- In order to protect our employees and the community at large to stop the spread of COVID-19, the following visitation guidelines are in place: capacity- 30 person rotation. Continue to practice social distancing. Visitation will take place Friday, May 1, 2020 at Legacy Chapels,4610 South Jackson Rd. in Edinburg from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The recital of the Holy Rosary will begin at 5:00 PM. Cremation services will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
